Fees and Claiming
EPHC charges a gap fee for CDM (EPC plans) and Workcover patients. This enables us to carry out a thorough assessment, consultation and treatment plan, rather than the patient feeling rushed and missing opportunities to ask questions about their treatment.
Medicare, HICAPS claiming, DVA, Workcover and NDIS are accepted for eligible patients. Medicare EPC services are rebatable. A GP referral is required to claim a Medicare rebate. For further information on pricing please feel free to contact one of our Centres.
Convenient Appointments at Multiple Locations
We allow up to an hour for the initial consultation and up to half an hour for a subsequent consultation. We are open 6 days a week with evening and Saturday all day appointments available to help you when it suits you. EPHC has 2 locations at Doreen and our New place in Diamond Creek 5B Collins street Diamond Creek 9717 5193 ( Opening soon)
