By combining movement-based rehabilitation with manual therapy, she empowers her patients to thrive and live pain-free lives.

A structural practitioner at heart, Elly is passionate about treating a wide range of conditions, from pregnancy-related discomfort and sports injuries to general aches and pain. Osteopath

B.H.Sc., M.H.Sc. (Osteo)
Claire graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) in 2005. As an osteopath, Claire takes a holistic and patient-centred approach, focusing on each individual’s goals, lifestyle, and functional needs. She integrates movement, mindfulness, and practical strategies into her treatment approach to support long-term recovery and overall wellbeing.

A structural practitioner at heart, Claire treats a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort, workplace and postural strain, and general musculoskeletal pain. She also incorporates her knowledge of workstation ergonomics to help prevent and manage injury, supporting patients both in clinic and in their daily environments.

Holistic Approach

Osteopathy is the focus on skeletal, joint, muscle, connective tissue, internal organs and nerve function. We assess your entire body to determine the source of any concerns and then address them to ensure your body is functioning at the optimum level. We use massage, manipulation, mobilisation and stretching techniques to return you to pain-free movement.

By working in conjunction with out Podiatrists to also identify any issues with your feet, ankles and lower limbs, we offer a holistic treatment plan that is truly head to toe. Check out our Osteopathy services and contact us of you have any questions.
